Sponsor Terms
These terms cover every KimoKawaii sponsorship, for our conventions and for the KimoKawaii Podcast. You agree to them when you sign up for a sponsorship. They are short and plain on purpose. If anything here does not match what you were told, email us before you pay.
What you are buying
Your sponsorship includes the package and perks shown on our sponsors page when you sign up. For a podcast sponsorship, that includes the number of episodes shown on the package.
When you agree to these terms, we save a copy of them with your sign up, along with the package you picked. When you pay, we also save the list of perks you paid for, so a later change to the package does not change what you bought.
Paying
Sponsorships with a price are paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
All sponsorship purchases are final. There are no refunds. A sponsorship cannot be sold or passed to another business without our written OK.
Podcast sponsorships
Your podcast sponsorship guarantees your business is included as a sponsor in the number of episodes shown on your package. It is tied to a number of episodes, not to any one show, guest, or filming night.
When you sign up, you pick the month you want to start. Each month has a limited number of sponsor spots, and the list shows how many are open. Most likely, you will be included in the episodes we produce after your sponsorship starts.
If a filming night is canceled or moved, your sponsorship is not lost. We include you in the next episodes we produce until you have been in every episode you paid for.
We decide how episodes are filmed, edited, and released, and when.
Convention sponsorships
A convention sponsorship belongs to the show named on the package. If that show is postponed or canceled, our Terms of Service cover what happens.
Your logo and materials
You give KimoKawaii and Silverback Events LLC permission to use your business name, logo, and anything else you send us, to deliver your perks and to promote your sponsorship. You confirm you own these or have the right to share them.
If your package includes time on camera or on stage, we review what you plan to share first. We may edit or decline anything that does not fit our Code of Conduct.
No promised results
We do not promise a number of views, downloads, visitors, or sales.
Your information
We use what you send us to run your sponsorship and to contact you about it. Our Privacy Policy covers how it is kept.
The ordinary bits
We may update these terms. The version you agreed to is saved with your sign up, and that is the version that applies to your sponsorship.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is dealt with in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
