This works best for restaurants and shops with real daily foot traffic, because the whole idea is people coming through your door. Every application is read and we get in touch either way.

We pick one day, about a week before the show, and every collaborator runs it together. On that day, every customer who orders a meal or an item from you gets a free weekend pass to KimoKawaii.

We design the table tents, flyers, and posters, deal with the printer, and get them to you. You hand them out. Your logo goes on our homepage linking wherever you want, and we tell our members to go and spend money with you.

There is no fee to take part. We design everything, deal with the printer and get the materials to you. Most collaborators cover the print cost, which depends on how much you need. We get the quote, send you the printer's receipt so you can see we are not making anything on it, and order once it is covered. We cannot get anything printed until the invoice is paid, so the sooner it is settled the sooner your materials are on the way.

An anime convention should leave money in Conroe rather than take it somewhere else, and a quiet Tuesday is the easiest place to prove it.

We pass on exactly what the printer charges and send you the receipt, so you are covering the cost rather than paying us for anything. We cannot order anything until the invoice is paid.

How many tables, and where posters would go. A rough guess is fine, we only need it to get a price. Say more and we will scale it back if it is too much.
